Most of our new customers are from word of mouth referral, so we understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Once we made the decision to build a new home, we decided a modular would be the route that we would take. We did our homework on the advantages of building a modular home. We knew that a modular home must also pass the same requirements as a stick/site built home.
We made inquires about manufacturers within a 300 mile radius. We visited several locations, looking for a homebuilder that we felt comfortable with and that had a sincere interest in what we were looking for.
Immediately after meeting with the staff of Brothers' Housing & Real Estate, we knew they were the right builders for us.
They had a nice selection of plans and models from which to select. They also had the connections for all the contractors that we would need to complete our home project for our new cape cod house.
We were impressed with their ability in altering plans to make changes and enlarge some rooms to meet our family needs. The fact that our house should be ready in 60 days or less was another great benefit, allowing us to get in our home quicker than building a site built house.
Customer service, integrity and reputation in the industry were important factors in our decision to trust Brothers' with our new home.
